Should you decide to cancel, all fees paid are non-refundable. You must purchase travel insurance. A “cancel for any reason” policy would be beneficial, although other policies are excellent. The main thing is to cover the cost of an unexpected cancellation.

Yes, we are happy to recommend a reputable travel insurance company. Your credit card may also offer some level of travel insurance so be sure to check with them.

Each retreat varies in size. Please ask when you register.

You need to be comfortable with walking, light hiking and easy kayaking. Some ancient sites have uneven ground. If you have issues with walking or mobility, please let us know and we can accommodate you.

Your flight is not included in your booking. We are happy to assist you in booking your flight. Prices rarely drop closer to the flight dates, so it’s best to book your tickets in advance.

Prices can vary widely. Traveling to Greece in the shoulder season means you can get some great deals on flights. It also depends on the city you’re departing from, whether you want to stay longer or come early because flights sometimes change the price depending on the day you book your ticket.

If you wish to share a room, we will match you with a compatible roommate, or if you have a friend or partner you wish to share a room with, please let us know and we will accommodate you. You can also request a single occupancy room if you wish to be by yourself.

This trip is designed for you to focus on yourself. It is an investment in YOU — your well being, your health, your happiness and your future. The workshops, classes and locations are specifically developed for each retreat and you can’t replicate on your own.

Because we don’t want you to have to worry about stressful details, we also include costs most retreats don’t. Our goal is to create an authentic Greek experience at locations already scouted for you so you can fully immerse yourself in the experience.
